**Join our team **We're looking to recruit an additional **Administration Controller **to join our established engineering maintenance team, based at our **Head Office** in **Milton Keynes**.

This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day:

- Focus on providing high-quality customer service, liaising with clients, suppliers and other Dawsongroup businesses
- Authorising repairs and servicing to the Companies fleet trucks, trailers, vans and other associated equipment
- Sourcing parts at cost effective rates form a range of suppliers
- Updating each repair/service onto the relevant database
- Checking that invoices match orders prior to authorisation

To be successful in this role:

- Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Have strong administrative skills
- Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
- Be empathetic with the ability to understand customer needs and requirements in challenging situations
- Can work well under pressure
