The RoleAs a Credit Controller you will play a key role in managing and improving the companys cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Youll work closely with internal teams and external clients to maintain strong relationships while ensuring financial targets are met.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and collect debts from company debtorsMonitor customer accounts and ensure timely paymentsReconcile accounts and resolve invoice queries efficientlyMaintain accurate records of all chasing activityPrepare regular reports on debtor status and escalate issues as neededCollaborate with the wider finance team to improve credit control processesWhat Were Looking ForProven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage Xero or similar)A proactive and solution-focused mindset.Benefits Whats On OfferHybrid working optionsPension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Key Skills Administration,Credit Control,Copy Editing,EMC,Back Office Support Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 27000 - 27000
