**The Role**

You will be part of our Global HR team, supporting to drive engagement. This role will be inflectional in ensuring that people decisions are based upon carefully collected and organised information, that drives engagement and supports Doncasters is being a place where our teams can thrive and succeed.

**On a day-to-day basis your role will be to;**
- Establish best practices by ensuring fair and accurate total compensation (including pay reviews, bonuses, pensions, and any other types of employee benefits) and ensuring they comply with local legislations and pay equity;
- Working to develop a global grading framework to embed pay equity across our organisation
- Determining market rates by developing and maintaining benchmarking analysis to keep track of prevailing market salaries and enabling a culture that we offer competitive compensation;
- Monitoring internal equity and preparing analytics to support decision-making processes;
- Supporting in the delivery of the annual salary reviews and submission of the annual salary benchmarking data;
- Supporting with the review of new potential benefits as well as benchmarking existing arrangements;
- Modelling cost and impact of employee health, well-being, learning and development benefits;
- Proactively anticipating our gaps and areas for development by remaining abreast of market practices and understanding their relevance to us globally

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you'll need a clear passion for HR With a key eye for detail and experience in working with data analytics to drive decision making within a people function.

You will need to be extremely organised to flex between working on global projects and supporting on site initiatives to ensure our Compensation and Benefits are driving engagement.
