**We are looking for an organised, proactive and passionate Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of customer content projects, working closely with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams. We’re passionate about brilliant communication, collaboration, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.**

**About the role**:
You will:

- Support Senior Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of projects and resource coordination within delivery squads.
- Take ownership of smaller projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and client teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor task progress, flag delays or blockers, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including briefs, timelines, approvals, and evaluations.
- Prepare and share regular project updates, status reports, and meeting notes

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in project coordination or project management (ideally 1-2 years in a digital agency or similar environment).

- Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Skilled in using project management platforms (Asana would be a strong bonus)
- A strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a busy, growing business where change is everyday.
- Passionate about process and continuous improvement.
