We are recruiting for another member of our production team. The successful applicant will be a conscientious individual who takes pride and ownership in their own output, with a strong desire to deliver a quality product. You will be constantly seeking to evolve, improve and self-assess, to help continued improvement.

EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING CAN BE GIVEN.

Applicants with some experience or mechanically minded would be beneficial.
- Operation of finishing machines, producing finished printed and plain labels in compliance with the company operating procedures.
- Ensure Machinery runs at a targeted output, adhering to quality standards
- Reducing changeover times and downtime.
- Ensure maximum material utilisation and a reduction of wastage of all materials.
- Good up take off mechanical knowledge or working a machine.
- Punctual with a good time management and attendance.
- Positive attitude to training and development
- Ability to react to short notice customer requests
- Excels both working in a team and as an individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
