**Large Format Operator**

Northside Graphics Limited is Northern Irelands oldest and largest Digital Printing company. Founded in 1988, we have built a reputation for high quality combined with fast turnarounds and award-winning service.

**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week, flexible working pattern. Shift work may be required.

**Salary - **Negotiable, depending on experience

**About the role**

To produce digital print on our Flatbed & Inkjet printers and to finish it to industry leading standards, in a busy environment.

You will have the desire to work as part of a team within a successful and expanding business

**Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Process files and produce high quality print.
- Finish all work to exact specifications, client deadlines and the company’s high standards of quality.
- Follow work instructions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain equipment to companies maintenance schedules
- Carry out work according to company procedures and using in-house computerised administration and workflow systems.
- Ensure that all customer enquiries/orders etc. are responded to and dealt with promptly and effectively
- Maintain quality standards.
- Maintain correct documentation
- Undertake all training and development activities as required.
- Be driven to achieve and maintain top quality products and customer service levels at all times
- Any other reasonable duties as required, or at the request of management
- Ensure that all work carried out is in line with the company’s strive for continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain best practice in communication at all times with colleagues

**Essential Criteria**

**Qualifications** - Level One or above requirements for this position.

**Desirable -** Minimum of GCSE at “C” grade or above in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent

- The ability to manage your own workload and to work to team and project deadlines.

**Teamwork and Cooperation-** The ability to be flexible, co-operative and willing to work extra hours as required to meet customer requirements.

Pay: From £23,950.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Work Location: In person
