**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining updated records.
- Assist in financial management using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organise and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and preparing documents as needed.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks as required.

**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Ability to computerise processes for improved efficiency.
- Competent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records within an office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,961.00-£24,554.00 per year
