Nestled in the beautiful Hydro Hotel in Eastbourne, we combine the serenity of a luxury location with cutting-edge wellness practices. We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator to help promote our brand, engage new customers and build strong relationships with our existing clientele.

**Position**: Flexi/Part-Time/Full-Time

**Location**: Eastbourne, BN20 7HZ

**Salary**: Competitive (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase awareness and promote Yanda Therapy's services.

Manage and update the website, ensuring all content is current and reflective of our offerings.

Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and growing our online presence.

Create and manage digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Organize and promote local events, workshops, and wellness retreats to attract new customers and engage the local community.

Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Collaborate with other departments to create cross-promotions and ensure a unified brand message.

Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to support marketing activities.

**Skills & Experience**:
Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.

Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.

Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Knowledge of the local Eastbourne, East Sussex market is a bonus.
