**About the Role**
As a **Student Services Officer**, you'll be the first point of contact for our students, ensuring their experience with us is smooth, welcoming, and unforgettable. From airport transfers to accommodation, activities to general support—you’ll be central to making students feel at home in Belfast.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist new and returning students
- Coordinate accommodation bookings and liaise with host families/residences
- Organise social and cultural events
- Provide ongoing pastoral support and advice
- Assist with visa-related documentation and student records
- Collaborate with teaching, marketing, and admin teams to ensure a seamless student experience
**About You**
- Friendly, approachable, and culturally aware
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of CRM systems is a plus)
- Previous experience in student services, hospitality, or international education preferred
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
