Customer Service Advisor Student Accommodation Location: Nelsons Place, Belfast Salary: £25,545 pro rata to the length with overtime paid at 1.25× hour rate Contract Length: 2 months Hours: Average of 37.5 hours per week (contracted to 1,950 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm About Student Roost Student living is about so much more than just a room, it's about a Customer Service Advisor. No problem – enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service Solutions‑oriented, with the ability to think on your feet Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check. This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July‑September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
