**Description of Team / Department**:
Managing a team of 7 who are responsible for employee master data, company cars and expenses

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
The Employee Services (ES) Department acts as a single point of contact for HR and Payroll transactions and queries. Providing robust auditable working practices and delivering maximum service delivery and accuracy to customers throughout the UK business

Supporting team, monitoring KPIs, distributing workload, reporting

Ensuring that the team provide excellent customer service; guidance and support to internal and external customers

Ensuring team wide compliance with appropriate processes and controls - leading efficiency improvements and resolving any issues as required.

Managing the team to ensure first line support and non-standard query requests processed effectively, resolve and deal with any escalated issues.
