**Workplace and Employee Experience Coordinator for Staff Functions / Shared Service Centre / Administration / Administration**:
The Heidelberg Cement (HC) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative and transactional services to in-scope HC companies. The WEX team provide a range of support to teams on site, including recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, community engagement. In addition they provide senior management PA support and manage VIP meetings and visits.
**Description of Team / Department**:
The Heidelberg Cement (HC) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative and transactional services to in-scope HC companies.
The WEX team provide a range of support to teams on site, including recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, community engagement. In addition, they provide senior management PA support and manage VIP meetings and visits.
**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities, in line with direction set buy senior Co-ordinator
- Play and active and engaging part in assessment centers and induction days
- Arrange and attend community and educational events as required, representing the BSC
**Skills / Experience**:
- GCSE C or equivalent in English & Mathematics
- Facilities management experience
- Increase efficiency and quality
- Utilize own abilities for the best of the company
