Pricing and Promotions Coordinator

**About the role**

Booker Group is looking for a Pricing and Promotions Coordinator is to work cross-functionally with Trading, National accounts, Marketing and Central Ops to deliver accurate Pricing & Promotions across retail fascia’s and National Accounts. This includesgenerating product/pricing/promotions data and liaising with these key customers and internal teams (e.g. MFG, Shell, MRH) to ensure individual customer requirements are delivered.**Role Responsibility**
- Creating and managing weekly price files and loading the into SAP for National Accounts
- Building promotion deal sets in conjunction with National Accounts and loading them into SAP/price files generated
- Proof read marketing materials and add amends if required
- Being the key contact for anything concerning the account/s supported by you.
- Liaising with other departments at all levels to get the job done correctly and accurately on time
- Ensuring that SAP data is maintained accurately on a weekly basis
- Liaising with other functions to ensure data issues are dealt with to prevent any future re-occurrence
- Dealing with ad hoc queries that come into the department (e.g. Brand teams, Buyers, BCO’s etc)
- Providing support to the wider team on promotional management.
- Working with and supporting Buyers to help deliver any requirements that national accounts have in a timely manner
