**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community leaders, and other referral sources.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to organise community events, lead campaigns, and manage leaflet drop projects to help sourcing care professionals.
- Enhance our presence on social media platforms, posting engaging content from community events and activities to resonates with our community.
- Coordinate local PR activities, promoting our community involvement to local newspapers and other media.
- Conduct informative sessions in the community to educate potential clients about their care options in a non-salesy way.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in community outreach, communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at public speaking and relationship management.
- Strong command of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Watford area and its community dynamics.
- Previous experience in marketing or selling personal services is highly advantageous.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
