Aon is recruiting for a Strategy Associate to join Aon's Strategic engagement team in Inpoint (London, UK).

You will join Aon Inpoint’s London team as a Strategy Associate. Inpoint is a global team, operating for our clients across the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. You will work with different insurers and reinsurers to help clients grow and improvetheir performance, both with Aon and the wider market.

**About the Role**Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with insurers and reinsurers to support strategic engagement teams in delivering business-focused advisory services.
Undertaking market research, financial and data analysis that helps clients make better decisions.
Supporting specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other Aon Inpoint colleagues.
Supporting the preparation and facilitation of interviews with clients and Aon colleagues.
Developing an internal and external network to build connection between Aon’s market practitioners and key industry figures.
Work in a collaborative environment with clients and colleagues.
Challenge the status quo and internal processes to find opportunities to work more efficiently.
Engaging and contributing to the production of reports and other client deliverables.
You will be responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adverselyaffect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
**About you**As a Strategy Associate your skills and qualifications will include:
Proven experience within strategy, insurance, accountancy or consulting.
A minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Account management experience.
Track record of successful stakeholder management.
An engaging and positive personality looking for interaction with clients and colleagues.
Proven experience of Excel based analytics.
Excellent oral, writing and problem solving skills.
Intellectual curiosity.
Commitment to personal development.
