**The Senior Associate Role**:

- As a Senior Associate you will manage multiple work streams on big projects or manage small-midsized projects directly.
- You are a key member of the problem-solving team, significantly contributing to the design of the client solution, in addition to designing and executing primary research programs, building financial models, managing projects and writing reports.
- You will attend client meetings and frequently present to clients.
- You will project manage small teams of analysts and associates.
- You can also get involved in contributing to our Plural Team, whether it is helping to mentor new colleagues or joining our social committee.

**The MBA Senior Associate Career Path**:
For those new to Strategy Consulting, to help you achieve the accelerated career growth to thrive at Plural Strategy, you go through a steep career journey when joining, utilising your MBA and previous transferable skills
- Start out by developing your consulting toolkit operating initially acting in a role at the Analyst level
- Rapidly develop in your first 6 months to operate at an Associate level running a workstream
- Within your first year you will be operating fully at a Senior Associate level

**What we look for**:

- Strong academic background including an MBA
- 5+ years of previous work experience, showcasing a strong upwards trajectory and transferable skills related to strategy consulting
- Analytical and creative; an excellent problem solver, strong commercial acumen with the ability to support project creation and evaluate strategic recommendations
