Clinical Office Administrator
We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player to join Early Supported Discharge as their Administrator.
You would be working closely with the therapy staff who provide rehabilitation to patients early after stroke. The role demands flexibility, good organisational and clerical skills, and confidentiality together with the ability to interact with people both face-to-face and over the telephone.
This post has an office base at Ashford Hospital but there may be requirements to work at other Trust sites. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, adapting to support the service as required. The post-holder can also work some hours from home, with an agreed working pattern which enables the service to be adequately supported.
Knowledge and experience of using clinical computer systems would be an advantage; however, full training will be given if required.
Core hours are generally 08:00-16:00 but can be flexible with discussion and approval.
