Are you warm, welcoming, and passionate about delivering great guest service? Mere Court Hotel is looking for a **Full-Time and Part-Time Receptionist** to join our front-of-house team.

**About Us**:
Mere Court Hotel is a beautifully restored Edwardian country house set in landscaped gardens and woodland in the heart of Cheshire. We’re known for delivering a personal and professional service for weddings, business events, and leisure guests alike.

**The Role**:
As Receptionist, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring each guest’s stay is seamless and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests on arrival and providing a professional check-in/check-out experience
- Taking reservations and processing payments using our hotel systems
- Liaising with all departments to ensure smooth guest service
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer-facing role is preferred
- A confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task
- IT literacy - familiarity with Rezcontrol hotel booking systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
