DESCRIPTION

We have an opportunity for a **Spa Receptionist** **to join our experienced Spa and Health Club team in Knutsford.

The Mere Golf Resort & Spa is a destination for business and pleasure set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. Currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment, the resort will be relaunched as Fairmont Cheshire - The Mere following a major programme of works.

As our **Spa Receptionist**, you will have great interaction with guests and be professional at all times. You will work well as part of a team and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have a vital role in ensuring our guests experience is of the highest standard. As the first point of call for our spa guests it is crucial that you are personable and approachable in order to exceed their expectations on a daily basis.

**The Spa Receptionist** **duties and key responsibilities include**:

- To effectively process arrivals and departures of all customers making them feel comfortable and welcome as per The Mere Golf Resort & Spa standards.
- To operate the telephones in a professional and friendly manner to comply with the company telephone answering procedures.
- To have full up to date knowledge of the Spa and its services.
- To maximize selling opportunities by adding customer value at every opportunity.
- To complete all items on the daily checklist thoroughly and handover on shift change.
- To handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern.
- To carry out administration duties relative to front of house.
