We’re talking some of the largest global brands**About the Position**:

- As a sales leader, you’ll use your proven sales experience to mentor and motivate team Managers of our amazing (and growing) sales team.- This role would be a great fit if you’re a successful Senior Sales Manager, with experience of winning new business and managing a team.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assign activity and communicating clear performance expectations, objectives and key results.
- Monitor day to day activity and progress and address drops in productivity
- Coach and develop team Managers to enhance their sales competence and achievement of targets.
- Support the team with problem solving and decision making where appropriate
- Actively involved in large deals, role modelling effective sales techniques.
- Support with recruitment and strategy planning.**About You**:

- You’ll be a high motivated sales professional with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels. The following experience will be required to thrive in this exciting position:
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets.
- Managing a Sales team.
- Excellent stakeholder management from building initial rapport, to establishing firm and lucrative relationships with key decision makers.
- Experience of managing a sales team to win new business.**What We'll Do For You**
