You will define and communicate sales targets and KPIs, mentor and guide sales managers and sales executives, and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance. You will also analyse market trends and consumer behaviour, develop strategies to maximise revenue growth and market share.If you are an exceptional leader, someone with strong self-motivation and the ability to inspire a team to work hard and meet ambitious goals, please submit your application.About the roleAs Head of Sales at MOOD London, you will drive the growth and commercial success of our UK retail business. You will manage and lead the entire sales team, from regional managers, and sales managers to sales executives by defining and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, mentoring the team, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.Using data and insight, you will analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive activity to shape and implement effective sales strategies. These strategies will inform expansion into new markets, guide distribution and retail execution, and support revenue growth across all UK locations. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and manage external partners to ensure cohesive execution and maximise commercial impact.Your responsibilities will also include operational oversight, supervising sales activities across branches and warehouses, evaluating performance across regions, and setting branch-level goals. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing sales managers, supervising all sales operations, and ensuring that targets are met and company standards upheld. Finally, you will take part in high-level planning, contribute to sales reports and continuously optimise performance to help MOOD London strengthen its presence in the UK fragrance market.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Leading and motivating teams of Sales Executives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.Overseeing sales team recruitment and creating training programmes to train new and existing employees in the sales department.Designing programmes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Understanding and communicating the organisation’s value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.Forecasting and creating annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives.About youIn this key position, you will play a crucial role in coaching and developing the sales team to deliver high performance, setting clear goals and driving everyone toward ambitious targets.Your expertise will drive business growth, since you rely on sales figures, market data, and consumer insights to make informed decisions, optimise performance and forecast growth.You are adaptable, resilient and ready for challenge, you can handle a fast-paced retail environment, adapt to changes in market conditions or internal priorities, and stay focused under pressure.QualificationsA degree in a relevant field such as business management, sales and marketing management or retail marketing6 years of proven experience in a senior sales roleExcellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate people.Management experience, including ability to manage multiple projects and achieve sales quotas.Ability to show customers and other client stakeholders the company’s value proposition.Strong understanding of the retail market, consumer behavior, and competitors.Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Proficiency with sales management and CRM software.Project management and budget management skills.Ability to work under pressure and travel as neededRelevant experience in the beauty and retail industry is preferred .About usMood London is a fast-growing fragrance house with the disrupting goal of being the UK’s no1 choice of fragrance for both Men & Women.
