Job Overview
Are you ready to join a rapidly growing team of service delivery experts ensuring best in class service to our customers ?
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Co-Ordinator will assist in the management and governance of engineer training and development across the Mobile delivery business unit. The Technical Co-Ordinator will be responsible for all levels of MI including spend analysis and accreditation adherence. Working with both internal and external stake holders, the Technical Co-Ordinator will ensure a consistent and effective approach is achieved for training delivery, recording, governance and risk management whilst supporting the development of our teams in future innovations.

- Ability to solve problems positively and be pragmatic
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise workload
- Flexible in approach to targets
- Able to work within a team whilst also having the ability to work autonomously
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of working in a technical FM environment, preferably within a training department or similar
- May have a background as a Supervisor/CSM or back office function in an Engineering capacity
- Excellent MS office skills.
