The Role

As the EU Project Co-ordinator, you will prepare comprehensive action plans to support the Local Project Management teams across multiple countries.

You will assist with planning resources, timeframes and budgets, schedule management, oversee risk management and handle financial queries.

Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you will deliver results to deadlines, align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans and communicate your results to an audience of key stakeholders.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Co-ordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Assign tasks to internal teams
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

About You

**To be considered as an EU Project Co-ordinator, you will need**:

- At least five years’ project management experience on large enterprise level initiatives
- A high level of professionalism, organisation and flexibility
- A proactive work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, or Business Informatics or equivalent experience

The ability to understand scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents would be advantageous, as would the ability to analyse complex data and write clear, concise reports.

This is a full-time position, working remotely from a UK location, ideally located close to Manchester. Weekly project meetings with the EU Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain will be held in the Manchester area.

This job requires up to 20% travel.
