Hours: Mon + Fri, 9am–1pm 8 hrs/week)

About Us
Hygiene Xpress Group is a growing commercial cleaning & washroom-services provider, supporting clients across Warwickshire and the Midlands. We pride ourselves on excellent service, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships.
We are expanding and are looking for a confident part-time Office/Outreach Assistant to help us engage new business opportunities and support general administration.
The Role
You will work in a small office-based team helping us grow our client base and maintain a smooth administrative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact local businesses via email/phone to introduce our services
- Log and update contact records accurately
- Book site visits for our management team
- Support quotation follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer spreadsheets
- Respond to basic enquiries
- Support general admin tasks as required
No prior cleaning industry experience needed — training provided.

- Excellent confident communicator (phone + email)
- Organised and efficient
- Comfortable working independently
- Good written English
- Keen to learn about business outreach
- Reliable and proactive
Hours
- Mon & Fri – 9am–1pm (8 hours/week)
Perfect for someone looking for short, regular daytime hours.
(Additional hours may be available as the business expands.)
