**Rugby based - Hybrid (1 day per week in office)**

**30 hours per week - flexible hours**

**9 month contract**
- £10.72 - £12.82 per hour_

**The key responsibilities**:

- Dealing with Accredited Training Scheme enquiries and making arrangements for accreditation visits
- Liaise with managers to maintain an accurate filing system
- Liaising with members and volunteers who assist with accreditation and membership review activities
- Administering workshop and training events
- Processing documentation for all accreditation visits
- Experience in an administration/customer service role
- Experience working with volunteers/members
- Great IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Word/Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of seniority
- Comfortable working independently
