BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – TECH & SUSTAINABILITY

Salary: £90,000–£110,000 base + uncapped OTE

Business Development Director
to help drive growth across the UK and Europe.

You'll work with leading real estate owners, investors, and REITs to help them optimise portfolios, achieve ESG targets, and increase asset value. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-value client conversations, and be part of a mission-driven business on an exciting growth trajectory.

THE ROLE

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to ACV targets
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using
    MEDDICC / Challenger / SPIN
  • Elevate conversations from operational teams to fund-level decision-makers.
  • Partner with Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver results.
  • Maintain a clean, stage-based pipeline and forecast accurately.

THE PROFILE

  • Experience in complex, consultative B2B sales (PropTech / CRE / FM / sustainability).
  • Track record of closing £75k–£150k+ deals across multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of real estate value drivers and ESG priorities.
  • Confident communicator with executive-level presence and commercial acumen.
  • Self-starter who enjoys building structure, process, and new market opportunities.

PACKAGE

Base:
£80,000–£110,000 DOE

OTE:
c. £160,000–£200,000 (uncapped)

Location:
London (Blackfriars) – Hybrid (3 days/week)
