Michael Harding Art Formulas Ltd, renowned for producing the highest quality fine art materials, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our exceptional fulfilment team.

Full training is provided, though candidates with experience in packing, labelling, or quality control will be at an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate labelling and boxing of products — requiring excellent dexterity and attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Supporting general warehouse operations as needed

Essential Requirements

  • Consistent ability to produce high-quality work on repetitive tasks
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • References required

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • Quality Control experience (please highlight this clearly in your application)
  • Forklift licence
  • Additional certifications such as First Aid, Fire Marshal, or similar training

Contract & Pay Details

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:00 or 7:00-15:00
  • Friday: 08:00–15:30 or 7:00-2:30
  • Standard starting salary: National Minimum Wage (in line with age group)
  • Candidates with QC experience or Forklift Licence may be offered a higher starting rate
  • Initial contract: 3 or 6 months (temporary), with potential for extension or permanence

  • Warehouse Pickers & Packers: 3 years (preferred)
