Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Job Evaluation Administrator
based at
University Hospital Crosshouse
.
Please note this vacancy is for internal candidates only on a fixed term basis for 1 year.
What You Will Do
You will provide admin support to the Job Evaluation team, arranging meetings for job evaluation panels and carrying out associated administration in line with relevant policies and procedures, including supporting panels when undertaking matching, entering data in the Job Evaluation system and liaising with staff members and managers regarding progress.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
You will need excellent keyboard skills with experience of working with Word, Excel and Teams. You will require to work autonomously, manage frequent interruptions and be able to balance and prioritise your workload.
