**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Google Suite and other office software.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of general office procedures and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,800.00-£30,000.00 per year
