Metro Rod, a well known national drainage & plumbing service provider with offices throughout the UK are currently looking to recruit an Scheduling Administrator to join our expanding team. The post holder is of vital importance. This is a full-time post working Monday-Friday.

The role involves a variety of tasks and will include: -- Scheduling work to our team of field engineers ensuring any timed SLA are met.
- Providing administrative support to the engineers.
- Managing and maintaining engineers job budgets in line with client authorisations.
- Assist with processing job cards.
- Constant updating of a bespoke works system in a timely manner to ensure high productivity is consistently achieved.
- Taking and dealing with a high volume of direct telephone communications, enquiries and orders.
- Communicating feedback to customers on a daily basis.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues & staff in other departments/depots.
- General administrative support.
- Display confidence and professionalism.
- Have a calm and organised approach.
- Be hard-working and display a record of reliability
- Have a genuine keenness to learn and develop within an extremely busy and sometimes demanding working environment.
- Have an eye for attention to detail.
- Not be easily fazed.
It would be advantageous, but not essential, to: -- Have a commercial background.
- A knowledge of the drainage industry.
Due to office location it will be beneficial to have access to your own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
