Internal Control Framework

  • Develop, document, and maintain an effective internal control framework aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and assess business processes to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support management in embedding control principles into operational processes.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Conduct periodic control testing, risk assessments, and process walkthroughs.
  • Track and report control deficiencies and follow up on remediation actions.
  • Prepare regular internal control reports and dashboards for management and the audit committee.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date, clearly documented, and consistently applied.
  • Support compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, IFRS, local regulations).
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.

Training & Awareness

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
