The role…
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement to lead and scale how our commercial organisation performs and ensure we continue to grow faster and smarter. You will lead a high-performing team of Enablement Partners, own and execute the global enablement roadmap, and act as a strategic business partner to Sales and Revenue Operations (RevOps) leadership. This is a critical, hands-on opportunity to shape the future of our commercial strategy and make a tangible impact on our billion-dollar growth journey
About the Function: The Revenue Operations & Enablement function is the engine for scalable growth across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Our mission is to remove friction, boost productivity, and empower every seller to achieve their best performance. You'll be joining a strategic function that partners closely with Sales and Leadership to drive global excellence and champion a growth mindset across the entire business.
What you will do…
- Lead & Build a World-Class Team: You'll build, lead and coach a team of Sales Enablement Partners, shaping the future scope and ways of working needed to consistently support all of Dojo's sales channels; Self-employed field sales, Direct, Inside Sales and our International markets.
- Drive the Global Roadmap: Own and execute the global Enablement roadmap to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, attachment rates, and overall productivity.
- Enablement by Insight: Leverage data and reporting to uncover performance gaps, designing and delivering focused enablement programs that target real business challenges.
- Accelerate Commercial Teams: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to remove the roadblocks that slow our sellers down.
- Build the Foundation: Deliver scalable playbooks, toolkits, and enablement content that simplify complexity and empower our sellers to move faster and close more deals.
- Execute and Optimise: Oversee the rollout and continuous refinement of key enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, call-coaching, AI tools) to maximise field performance.
What you will bring…
- A strong, demonstrable track record of success (typically 8+ years) in a Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Revenue Operations leadership role.
- Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into effective field execution, designing and deploying enablement programs for GTM teams.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales and Go-To-Market processes, combined with a powerful analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience in leading and developing enablement teams with diverse focuses, such as onboarding, systems, and field enablement.
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills; you thrive working at the critical intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership.
- Hands-on experience selecting, deploying, and optimising revenue enablement platforms (e.g., Mindtickle, Highspot) and sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
