  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional and global stakeholders in Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to align enablement initiatives with business goals.
  • Regional Enablement: Adapt global frameworks to local markets, ensuring cultural and customer relevance across EMEA and APAC.
  • Training & Facilitation: Deliver engaging live and virtual sessions focused on skills, product, tool, and process excellence.
  • Performance Measurement: Define success metrics, analyze impact, and continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Tools & Systems: Drive adoption of enablement technologies (e.g., LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence, sales engagement platforms, etc).
  • Event Support: Partner on sales kickoffs and in-region training events — with travel expected (~20–25%).
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Program Management within high-growth SaaS or API/Developer-focused technology companies.
  • Proven experience supporting international go-to-market teams, ideally across EMEA and APAC.
  • Strong grasp of API ecosystems, developer relations, or technical sales motions preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and operational rigor.
  • A growth mindset — passionate about helping teams learn, adapt, and thrive.
Competencies
  • Program Management: Plans, prioritizes, and executes complex initiatives with precision and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships across teams and geographies.
  • Sales Acumen: Understands the GTM motion and challenges faced by sellers and CSMs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses metrics and feedback to refine programs and measure impact.
  • Facilitation & Communication: Engages diverse audiences effectively through written and verbal delivery.
  • Cultural Agility: Operates effectively across global and multicultural teams.
