We're Hiring: Partner Development Executive

Do you enjoy building strong client relationships and helping organisations find the right solutions? We're looking for a Partner Development Executive to grow sponsorship sales across flagship events and multiple media channels.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in consultative sales, who feels comfortable engaging with senior professionals and wants
uncapped commission
for the results they deliver.

What you'll do:
Support sales for main events and side events

Identify and convert new revenue opportunities across all media channels

Manage client relationships from first contact to event delivery

Work closely with the CEO to contribute to business growth

What we're looking for:
18-24 months+ experience in institutional finance, asset management, FinTech, or fund services media

Experienced in selling sponsorship/advertising packages (£5k-£60k+)

Comfortable pitching at conferences, exhibitions, or similar events

Consultative sales style - you understand client needs and guide them to the right solution

Excellent telephone manner
