Unleash the power of you Overview AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSP’s and VAR partners. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and other elements of the pre-sales cycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base. We are looking for creative thinkers who are confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take pride in seeing your hard work pay off when you see the final results and are determined help others succeed. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Proactively source new prospects Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships to drive results Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement OK, I'm interested… is this job for me? Other qualities you'll need to be a fit for this role include: 3+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere 2+ years of previous partner sales experience BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field Strong communication and listening skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapting to new strategies Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset and detail oriented Willingness to learn AvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
