Partner Financial are working with a consumer technology business operating globally with an emphasis on sustainability and turnover of £2B. The business has huge investment backing, as they are looking to expand operations rapidly, to grow their substantialmarket cap. The company has a strong performance history in their pledge towards sustainability, diversity, and customer satisfaction and is looking to expand into new markets.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will play a key role defining and implementing the different projects to achieve a successful delivery of the Groups Commercial Transformation across the revenue team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working alongside the Head of Commercial in the strategy behind different product or programme change propositions
- Ensuring the different project strategies turn into tangible plans and actions, across the different business areas
- Leading different Business Cases for different promotional activities and limited editions across the group
- Working alongside Commercial Leadership team and CCO to identify key commercial drivers and align them to the different product or programme changes
- Leading a team of analyst within the Commercial team, providing coaching and expertise to ensure accurate results delivery
- Business partnering with different divisions across the group, influencing them and ensuring their alignment to the new strategy
- Experience delivering complicated, cross-team projects to successful outcomes
- Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
- Experience building strong and successful relationships with different stakeholders across the business
- A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
- Proactive individual with the ability to effectively manage various projects while adhering to deadlines
