What role will you play?

As a Change Lead, you will define and implement change and engagement strategies to support the successful adoption of key digitalisation initiatives across Macquarie Asset Management.

You will collaborate with Digital Solution Owners and business stakeholders to design change plans, assess impacts, develop user personas, and deliver targeted activities such as presentations, workshops and training sessions. You will play a central role in monitoring change metrics, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with our global Change Management Team, as well as working closely with internal communications teams to embed change strategies within broader engagement channels.

Your responsibilities will include preparing key updates for stakeholders, facilitating clear feedback loops to inform next steps, and ensuring all change activities adhere to agreed frameworks and governance standards.

You will work in partnership with team members across data, digital, design and engineering, translating product and technical specifications into engaging change initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the organisation.

What you offer

  • Experience working in change management, transformation or consulting roles, with a proven track record of defining and/or implementing change and engagement plans to support digital change initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree – preferably in business, technology, HR, marketing, communications, psychology or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapt at engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Detail and customer/user orientated, employing a blend of empathy, analytical and creative skills as required
  • Highly organised with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically in the design and delivery of change
