Job Description

We are seeking a CAFM Change Delivery Lead to drive change management activities for a major government programme. The role focuses on managing updates to the CAFM Critical Data Set (CCDS), ensuring workflow alignment, and enabling successful adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities for the CAFM programme, ensuring governance compliance and quality standards.
  • Own and manage the CCDS change control process, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee and maintain CAFM workflows, ensuring alignment with business processes and systems.
  • Deliver tailored change messaging, stakeholder coaching, and adoption support.
  • Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics, and programme risks.
  • Enable smooth transition into the future operating model through structured change delivery.
