What you'll do
Role
As a People & Culture Administrator you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our employees. You will be the first point of contact for our employees and you will be able to demonstrate our Core Value daily (Passion, Personality, Respect, Working together, and Creativity). Some of the key functions essential for the role are:
- General HR Administration duties that including weekly HR Report, monthly Length of Service and Birthday Lists, new starters uploads, prepare and distribute the Starters & Leavers Report and special leave administration processing.
- You will required to conduct routine audits of employee files and HRIS for accuracy/compliance and support GDPR compliance (archiving or deleting data according to retention policy).
- You will be involved in supporting DEI initiatives as well as conduct and track DBS and DVLA Checks as required.
- You will manage and update HR noticeboards and digital screens and organise and coordinate "Legends of the Month" ballots and reward distribution.
- You will also support in planning Nationality Day events, collaborating with wider team when creating the Values Awards and prepare and submit Guest Experience Stay Letters to the Revenue team as required.
- You will provide administrative support for the hotel's induction programme and to the Learning & Development team.
- You will manage all L&D administrative tasks including processing cross trainings requests and coordinating the Training Room Calendar
- You will post job adverts on all job boards as required, assisting with social media postsand support with career fairs participation and materials preperation.
- You will be processing new starter paperwork and issue employment contracts as well as conduct Rights to Work checks and process employment references.
- You will be responsible for the complission of benefits administration tasks related to F&B discounts, spa bookings and complimentary stays.
