to help us bring our values to life every day, not just in posters or policies, but in real moments that connect, recognise, and energise our people.

As Culture & Engagement Lead, you'll partner closely with our Head of Talent & Culture to design experiences that drive belonging, pride, and purpose. From culture rituals and storytelling to listening programs and recognition, this role is about building a workplace that people feel proud to be part of.
What You'll Own
- Culture & Engagement: Shape the way people feel connected, included, and inspired at work.
- Listening: Lead our Culture Amp programs that build meaningful feedback loops that result in action.
- Recognition: Evolve our non-financial recognition systems that make appreciation simple and heartfelt.
- Culture Activation: Design moments (onboarding, milestones, events) that bring our values to life.
- Inclusion: Embed belonging into every touchpoint, ensuring our culture feels authentic everywhere we operate.
How You'll Work
- Identify needs, test ideas, measure impact, iterate.
- Use data, behavioural science, and storytelling to shape experiences that stick.
- Turn Culture Amp insights into clear next steps, not just reports.
- Collaborate across Talent, People Partners, Comms, and leaders to scale impact.
- Help us keep our culture globally consistent, with room for local personality and nuance.

What You'll Bring
- 6+ years in culture, engagement, or employee experience, ideally in global, fast-moving environments.
- Experience running engagement programs using Culture Amp (or similar).
- A background or deep curiosity in behavioural science or psychology.
- A rare combo of data fluency and creative storytelling. You turn insights into action.
- Collaborative, empathetic, and endlessly curious. You love learning what works.
