Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth operation throughout shifts including evenings and weekends.

  • Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor staff performance to foster a motivated and efficient team environment

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production

  • Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments; barista or serving experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively
