Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Evaluation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Evaluation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations assess the effectiveness of their programs, strategies, and initiatives. You will design and implement evaluation frameworks, analyze data, and provide actionable insights that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and conduct evaluations of programs, services, or systems.
Develop comprehensive evaluation methodologies and frameworks tailored to client needs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable reports for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of evaluation projects.
Provide strategic guidance on program improvement based on evaluation outcomes.
Support clients in the development and execution of data-driven strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in evaluation, research, or program assessment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of evaluation best practices and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
