Role Description

This is a 1 year contract role for a Human Resources Business Partner or generalist. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Responsibilities include employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role requires aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations, HR policies etc.
  • Strong skills in performance management, workforce planning, and onboarding processes
  • Proven experience in strategic human resources initiatives and talent development
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
  • Ideally CIPD to level 5 or equivalent
  • Experience in a multinational organization or relevant industry is preferred
