A job that matters: Your Tasks

To develop new access control partners and work with existing ones to develop and grow the indirect pipeline / sales for dormakaba access control solutions, including but not limited to Matrix One, and our SafeRoute system.

  • Define an agreed business development plan for specific business sectors / geographical area in agreement with dormakaba sales management.
  • Finding new partners that sign up to the dormakaba partner program, and actively promote and sell dormakaba solutions.
  • Working with the other members of the EAD, taking responsibility for growing dormakaba's indirect business including coordination of all required resources and activities to achieve this objective. (Marketing, solution engineering, margin calculation, risk assessment, quotation production)
  • Working with dormakaba's marketing resource, ensure targeted customers are regularly contacted, both physically, and via email updates, and that sales leads are generated, and sent to the key partners. Follow up all quotations, enquires and sales leads in a timely fashion to ensure the sales potential is maximised.
  • Ensure that CRM records are updated to allow monthly key partner reports to show sales and marketing activity, report of active sales leads and allow for market feedback of competitor analysis and market pricing.
