Some details about your department What we'd like you to do

Execute and maintain local brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand initiatives and standards across the UK and USA.

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve targeted business objectives.

Develop and present innovative marketing strategies and proposals to key stakeholders.

Plan and execute strategic promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Manage and maintain website content and leverage data analytics to optimize performance.

Plan and execute successful events and product exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports.

Maintain accurate customer databases and utilize CRM systems to optimize customer interactions.

Develop and proofread high-quality creative copy for various marketing channels.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.

Provide insights and recommendations based on research to improve marketing strategies.

Assist in the development of project timelines, deliverables, and workflow processes to ensure alignment across teams.

Coordinate with PR teams to ensure consistency and timely execution of marketing assets and news.

Coordinate internal marketing initiatives to foster a strong organizational culture and brand alignment.

What we'd like you to bring

1-2 years of professional experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience or a strong demonstrated interest in utilizing AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or workflow automation.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Creative and proficient in written communication.

Familiarity with marketing databases and an eagerness to learn about workflow management.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to a global team.

Fluent in English
