Vacancy: SALES / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Addlestone, KT15

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent Estate & Lettings Agent with offices in the Chertsey/Addlestone area.

Our client is looking for an individual who has some previous experience in Estate Agency but who feels stifled in their current role and who is looking for an opportunity to progress and improve their earning potential.

We are seeking a smart, well-spoken individual with bags of energy and a passion for selling property and negotiating deals.

If you are professional, ambitious and committed, you too, can be part of their expanding team.

The Company: Our client is a long-established, highly professional, local independent Estate and Lettings Agent with offices in the Addlestone / Chertsey area.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

Previous residential sales experience High level of customer service skillsExcellent telephone mannerSmart - Well-presentedAmbitious and Self-MotivatedLocal knowledge of the Chertsey / Addlestone area preferred Full UK Driving license
