Sales Progressor

A great Monday to Friday opportunity working for a reputable Independent Estate Agent in Addlestone, Surrey

Your role TITLE will be MOVE-IN MANAGER very similar to a Sales Progressor, you will be expected to manage the company sales pipelines from offer to completion - dealing with and resolving issues along the way. You will provide the highest level of communicationand customer services to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.

Key Tasks
- Manage company pipelines (65-100 properties) and keep both vendors and purchasers updated. - Work with the sales team to resolve any potential issues.

Be a point of contact to vendors and purchasers for advice. - Oversee and maintain a good working relationship with solicitors and surveyors. - Maintain an up-to-date list of contractors that you can contact for quotes to help resolve survey issues.

Negotiate price reductions where required. - Produce accurate exchange projections for the Directors and Branch Managers. - Improve the number of days from Sale to Exchange and continually strive and improve this, each quarter.

Implement ideas and strategies to improve efficiency and reduce fallthroughs, To effectively turn the pipeline to an agreed target on a quarterly basis.
