My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent are looking for a motivated and adaptable**SENIOR NEGOTIATOR/VALUER** to join their successful team. This role would suit an existing **Valuer or Valuing Senior Negotiator**. This position will be covering a good size patch so lots of opportunity to earn well.**
**Key duties**:

- Generate listing opportunities
- 60/40 split valuing and sales
- Develop client relationships
- Undertake valuation appointments
- Canvassing
- Conduct marketing review calls
- Figure reporting directly to the Directors
- Collate own diary, weekly and monthly figures
- Achieve personal targets for sales and listings
- Viewings

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
