Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Data Transformation

London (Hybrid)

£70,000 – £80, Month FTC

VIQU has partnered with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to drive global enterprise data transformation programmes. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to initiatives that standardise, optimise, and transform data and business processes across international operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst:

  • Lead business analysis for large-scale, global data transformation and technology programmes.
  • Gather, document, and validate business, data, and functional requirements across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with project teams on initiatives including data migration, integration, and system consolidation (ServiceNow, Copilot, iManage or similar).
  • Map, analyse, and streamline business and data processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Manage backlogs, change requests, and dependencies using structured governance frameworks.
  • Support programme planning, reporting, and risk management (RAIDDs).
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and accurately translated into scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.

Key Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on global-scale enterprise data transformation programmes.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, data requirements gathering, and stakeholder management across multiple regions.
  • Experience in the legal, professional services, or financial sector preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms and transformation projects (ServiceNow, Copilot, iManage, or comparable).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders globally.
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to documentation, delivery, and data governance.
