We're looking for someone who can take the reins of a central sales team that's right at the coalface — the first voice potential clients hear when they enquire about flexible office space across London. It's fast-paced, commercial, and absolutely pivotal to business performance.

This isn't about managing admin. It's about
leading a sales engine
— motivating a small, talented team to hit ambitious enquiry, viewing, and deal targets, while sharpening processes, improving conversions, and making data your secret weapon.

What You'll Do

  • Lead from the front. Manage and inspire a central sales team to smash enquiry and viewing KPIs.
  • Drive revenue. Prioritise high-value opportunities, increase occupancy, and convert more viewings into deals.
  • Partner smartly. Own relationships with brokers — managing T&Cs, fees, and ensuring top-tier representation on all major platforms.
  • Analyse and act. Report on conversion metrics, enquiry quality, and performance insights that inform smarter decisions.
  • Coach and develop. Mentor a tight-knit team to be sharper, more customer-focused, and commercially driven.
  • Collaborate. Work hand-in-glove with marketing, lettings, and asset teams to maximise the full sales funnel.
  • Innovate. Lead a data-led outbound strategy with internal insights and external agencies to generate pipeline proactively.

  • A proven sales manager or team leader with experience in commercial property, flex space, or office leasing.

  • Confident managing broker relationships and understanding the London office market.
